The International Criminal Court (ICC) continues its campaign to criminalize Israel’s self-defense, issuing arrest warrants for Israeli leaders and equating the IDF with Hamas terrorists. In response, Shurat HaDin supported a landmark U.S. sanctions bill aimed at cutting the ICC’s financial and tech access. Though the Senate delayed the vote, bipartisan momentum remains strong. Shurat HaDin is working with Israeli governmental agencies and the IDF on legal strategies to defend officers and soldiers against false allegations of war crimes.
