The U.S. Department of Justice Strips UNRWA of Immunity

In a crucial development in our ongoing case against UNRWA, the U.S. Department of Justice officially revoked the agency’s immunity, clearing the way for Shurat HaDin's lawsuit against the organization on behalf of October 7 victims. This was a major breakthrough in exposing how a so-called humanitarian organization became entangled with Hamas and allowed terror networks to operate under its cover. However, at least one court in the U.S. still continues to uphold UNRWA’s immunity. Shurat HaDin is fighting this and demanding that UNRWA be compelled to turn over all the evidence of its long term ties to Hamas in Gaza.
